Mold Manufacturing
and Maintenance
We have a well-managed workshop. Through routine maintenance, we keep all our molds in good condition, saving the cost and time of mold turnover, and ensuring that every mold can be arranged into production as requested as soon as possible.
Die Casting Production
Our factory is equipped with 300T-900T cold chamber die-casting machines and 88T-200T hot chamber die-casting machines. We can produce goods with aluminum alloy and zinc alloy of different grades, and our annual output exceeds 2,000 tons. Each of our die-casting machine is equipped with a program control system to detect the production parameters and the working conditions, thus achieving stable and efficient die-casting production and improving our product quality.
Machining
We have advanced equipment so that we can complete precision machining. In addition, we have a polishing workshop that meets environmental protection and safety standards in manufacturing, and a professional and mature production team. What’s more, we are also equipped with a powder spraying workshop, so that we can manage our product quality more efficiently and effectively, deliver our products on time, and meet customers’ requirements to the greatest extent.

We have passed ISO9001 certification of quality management system. Equipped with various types of product testing equipment, we are able to provide products of high quality to our customers. Quality speaks for itself!
